- Now in another sauce pan , add butter till melted , add flour stir till smooth, add milk , and broth, stir till thickens add black pepper,garlic & herbs and parsley flakes ,red pepper, stir well , add stewed tomatoes till all is well mixed.
- In a large bowl , put chicken cubes , ziti ,veggies and sauce , mix well all together.
- Now with cooking spray , spray casserole dish ,1 1/2 quart casserole dish that has a lid .now spoon in chicken, ziti mixture in casserole dish, cover and bake for 20 minutes , bake on 350°F heat , make sure to preheat it on 350°F.
- Now uncover, sprinkle cheese over the top of casserole , bake for 5 minutes till cheese is melted , take out of oven let set 5 minutes and serve hot , enjoy !!!!!…
