- Get 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- Make ready 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- Take 1/2 Tsp Salt

- Take 1/2 Cup Chicken stock
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Make ready 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- Make ready 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- Prepare To Taste Salt
- Make ready 1-2 Tbsp Cornflour
Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, drain and set aside. Put a large wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add the spring onions, ginger, beansprouts, carrot, baby corn and mangetout.
Instructions to make Stirfry Noodles:
- Pound the chicken breast then cut in bite size chunks. Mix with all marinade ingeredients. Keep covered for minimum 1/2 hr. Take 2 Tbsp oil in a wok. Heat, add chicken with all marinade and stir fry on high heat till chicken changes colour. Remove chicken from wok. Keep covered.
- Boil the Noodles according to packet instrutions. Strain, mix 1 tsp oil in them and keep covered. Save 1 cup noodle water.
- In the same wok, add 2 Tbsp oil. Add mince garlic & ginger. Saute for minute. Add chop white part of spring onion and saute. Add all vegetables and stirfry on high flame for 2 minutes. Remove from wok. Keep covered. In the same wok add boil noodles and stir fry on high flame fr 2 minutes.
- Take chicken stock in a pot. Add worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, mix add fried chicken in it. Let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes so the chicken gets tender. Mix cornflour in water and add in sauce to thickens it. We dont need much sauce. If it reduces then also fine.
- In the wok. On medium heat, add chicken with sauce, mix. Add stirfried vegetables. Mix all together. Increase the flame to high give quick stirfry to noodles for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy with Cookpad.
