- Make ready 1 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce ( I use pizza sauce instead of pasta sauce)
Top with leftover sauce and cheese. Top each lasagna cup with a small amount of cubed mozzarella. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with black pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with basil leaves.
Steps to make Lasagne in a Cup:
- Add all purpose Flour to the milk. Mix it Well and leav it on slow flame. Keep stirring.
- Add dash of salt and black ground pepper to it after it thickens. Our white sauce is ready.
- Boil lasagne Sheets. (Add 2 tablespoon of Oil to it so it won't stick during boiling )
- Shredd Mozarella cheese.
- Dice mushrooms and bell peppers.
- Now Take Pyrex cups and place white sauce as a Base.
- Cut each Lasagne sheet in 4 small sheets since we r gonna place them in small bowls.
- Cover white sauce with lasagne sheet. Add meat and a layer of pizza sauce on it.
- Cover with lasagne sheet.
- Add mushrooms and bell peppers. A little bit of white sauce and layer again with Lasagne sheet.
- Repeat meat and pizza sauce layer. Cover again.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheese on top.
- Bake it in oven or microwave it.
- Lasagne Cup is Ready to eat :) :) !!!!!
