- Get 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- Prepare 1 tin Tomatoes crushed
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- Get 2 tbls fresh Basil chopped
- Prepare 1 handful Spinach
Place lamb, fat side up, on a rack in the prepared roasting pan. Lamb shanks are slowly simmered with fresh rosemary, garlic, tomatoes, and red wine.
