Taste and remove some of the sauce and place in a bowl.Pour in your Carrot, Pour in your Spaghetinni and keep mixing,add groundnut oil if needed as you mix (so it doesn't cake). Cover and simmer for 2- 3 mins, taste and your food is ready. Dish it out.

Sprinkle the shrimp with salt, black pepper, toss to combine well. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Drain fettuccine and return to pan.
