  3. As the instant pot gets very hot so will still cook them. I cooked these on pressure cook mode
  4. Once done they won’t be crisp like oven so you could put them in the grill on high for a few mins if you like the charred taste
  5. Garnish with coriander but not essential. In this pic you will see I have onion with mine which I stir fried one onion on sauté 1st then did the chops

Brown Lamb Shoulder in Instant Pot: Heat up Instant Pot using "Sauté More" function, and wait until it says "HOT". Pat dry the lamb shoulder, then season one side generously with salt and black pepper. Evenly rub on both sides of the lamb racks.
