  6. Cook well until water gets dry
  7. Now make a large tortilla and cuts circles of it with cutter or glass.
  8. Put filling on it and make dumplings
  9. Meanwhile boil water in a pan and put dumplings in it
  10. Add remaining mince mixture in water too along with dumplings. add a tb spoon soya sauce in it.
  11. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.Ready
  12. Serve with desired sauces
