- In a pot add water, chicken bones (leg, neck, hand pieces), garlic cloves, ginger, Blackpeppercorns and make stock.
- Strain the chicken stock.
- Now take out meat from bones and set a side.
- In another pot add oil and chopped garlic and green chillies.
- Saute for a while add chicken resha and fry, now add chicken stock.
- Add salt, pepper, white pepper, chicken Powder, soya sauce, vinegar.
- And mix well.
- When stock completely hot add dissolve cornflour and cook until it's thicken.
- Now beat the 2 eggs and add them in soup and slightly mix it with spoon.
- Cook for a while,now turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Stir in noodles, corn and butter. Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred. Add corn to stock and bring to the boil over a medium heat.
