Blend the cornflour with a little stock and add to the soup pan with the remaining stock and the sweetcorn. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water.

  1. Firstly, in a large pot add water.
  2. Add chicken,ginger garlic paste, spring onion, add carrot, capsicum, soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. - also, add black pepper powder,and salt.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes or until flavours is absorbed well.
  4. Shred the chicken.
  5. Now prepare corn flour slurry by mixing corn flour in cup water.
  6. Pour the slurry into the soup and mix well.
  7. Continue to boil for 2 more mins or until soup thickens finally enjoy soup with crackers.
