  1. In a pot, add oil, when hot, add the blended pepper & onion. Seasoning cubes, curry & thyme. Allow for 5mins. Add the vegetables & leftover filling. Allow for 3 mins. Bring off heat source.

Bring to the boil and then reduce to simmer. Check the soup every few minutes. Make the soup: Sauté the onion, carrot, leeks and celery until soft, fragrant and starting to turn golden brown.
