- Shred chicken & add back to pot. Add a few more shakes of jerk seasoning to pot. Let cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes, partially covered.
Once done, degaze your pan with chicken broth. Once pot is deglazed, add onions, green pepper, garlic, and scallions. Add the tomatoes, coconut milk and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
