Add celery, carrots, bay leaves and thyme. Add all the ingredients to your soup maker, breaking the noodles up into small pieces as you put them in.

- Put chicken in large pot, add enough water to cover chicken. Place on med high heat and bring to a boil. And simmer until chicken is completely cooked. About 20 minutes. Skimming off fat from the top.
- Add chicken, spices and salt and pepper. Simmer until heated then turn off heat. In a separate pot bring a little salt and and water to a boil And add pasta, cook according to package. Add a ladle full of pasta water to broth. Once done drain pasta, add to broth. And serve… Enjoy

Add onion and celery and bring to a boil, lower to simmer for 10 Min. Add carrots and simmer another 15 Min until tender but not soggy…
